They might replace other board members to gain better control over the situation.
So what now? Will they pay her compensation to get her out? Will they coexist? This isn’t really a win for either side. The situation is actually pretty awkward and toxic now.
i dont think so. in there statement, many times they said they had all the evidence and would only talk at the court. if they dont have a strong case why dont they just wait and/or doing in many different way. there are a lot of ways to get rid of an employee.
as the court has ruled out that mjh had intention to move ador away from hybe, I totally agree that she need to be removed from business perspective, but i am not sure how hybe execute this action this way.
