What is your most expected Kdrama 2023?
Personally, I am really looking forward to watching "The Girl Downstairs" on Netflix next year. It's because the Kdrama is adapted from my favorite webtoon (which has the same name), and there's the participation of the nation's first love Suzy. I think the Kdrama would recieve high rating.
The film tells the story of the male lead Lee Won Joon - an ordinary college student who accidentally becomes housemates with Lee Doo Na - a beautiful female idol who has left showbiz. Here, it seems that two different people from two different worlds will not find common ground, but begin to develop special feelings after living together.

Recently, Dispatch reported that Park Min Young is dating CEO Kang Jong Hyeon. According to his business card, Mr. Kang is currently the Chairman of many big companies such as Vident, Inbiogen, Bucket Studio, Bithumb Live. However, Dispatch investigated Mr. Kang's past and noticed many anomalies.
- In 2010, Kang Jong Hyeon dropped out of college in Gangwon-do and started a mobile phone business with his father. In 2013-2014, Kang was involved in a fraud case of up to 3.5 billion KRW by fixing financial statements. Kang was sentenced to 3 years of probation and 80 hours of community service for fraud and forging personal documents.
- In 2014-2015, Kang Jong Hyeon participated in an roundabout loan to financial company A by issuing bonds. During this process, he tried to embezzle up to 15 billion KRW and there was no sign of repaying company A's debt.
- In 2018, Kang is a VVVIP guest at a club in Gangnam and spent a lot of money on birthdays for himself and his acquaintances. Kang especially spends heavily on wines such as Armandy, Louis XIII, Angelo, etc.
- A anonymous source of information said that Kang came to Thailand in 2016 and ran a resort company. However, it is not clear what Kang's specific business is.
- Kang also has a close relationship with the gangster in Seongnam. When contacting a member of a gangster organization in Seongnam, he confirmed that he knew Kang Jong Hyeon very well.
- Dispatch said Kang Jong Hyeon committed many frauds in 2014, 2015, 2016, then gradually accumulated money and became rich from 2017-2019.
