I think they will survive but I have seen many of their fans saying that Newjeans should stay at Min Heejin's side because only her cared for them but it will definitely tarnished Newjeans reputation some haters even called them pedojeans on twitter already.

So I guess it's better for them to not be associated with MHJ from now on. I know that will probably hurt them knowing how they depended on MHJ but it's the best choice that they have right now. Same with me actually even though Newjeans music is also on the easy listening side it didn't also connect with me, but I liked ILLIT's songs though I have a beef with My World because it's very short (how can you call that 1:47 mins a song that's more like an intro lol) so I bet if they'll stick to their sound, I'll stan them (as of now I'm a casual fan).
