Even though he isn't fluent in English he has the looks charisma talent and appeal to be successful as a solo act, get him good pop songs he's good to go I can see him doing a Harry Styles approach and get into fashion and keep releasing bops he has too much potential to not go solo plus he's rich he can get English lessons no problem America has had plenty of stars who speak little to no English become famous they can get translators or whatever his star power is too much but then the issue is will Korean army's get upset if JK wanted to pursue a solo career in the West? If im being honest i don't see them being a top group of 4rth gen but I also don't think it's fair to compare them to SM jyp yg bighit groups and before people drag me what I mean is that in this day and age and with the political climate of China and South Korea I don't see Korean GP making EG a top group especially over big4 groups but I don't think people should drag them I'm just speaking as a realist EG with good songs and promo can be mid tier again I'm not shading them or dragging them I'm just speaking with more logical approach Koreans are very nationalist like and wouldnt make a Chinese company produce a top group with all that said I do think they have potential to ne something similar to Miss A or F(x) ? Groups who aren't at the top but they're not nugus

If you consider the fact that if the first Hallyu-wave failed, there wouldn’t even be a 3. Gen to begin with and many of you wouldn’t be here.
So many people who joined Kpop in the 2.gen were the ones who build the Kpop community and who united Kpop fans all over the world.
K-Con or all these Kpop Forums wouldn’t be here. Yes AKP wouldn’t have been created if nobody was interested in the 2. Gen internationally. All these YouTubers who build a whole career around Kpop related topics brought in so much fans with their content too and they joined in the 2. Gen. Others started little projects in their country etc.
Yes the Acts themself didn’t achieved as much as Acts now, but you know different times, different conditions. But it’s like a domino effect, it starts with something small and ends with something big, but every stone is important to reach the end. So there is not such thing as “ not important “ or “ had no impact “ especially when you were not there to even experience the era in the first place.
So it’s pretty ironic that people who use a platform like AKP, created because there was a growing international interest in Kpop created in the era of the 2.gen, say it had no impact....

I think some fandom literally make anything an achievement like for example "Xxx group is the first boy group with 6 members to have the most viewed MV in the month of August on the 16th day congrats kings " like idk i look at some achievements and think this is literally nothing to brag about?? " XXX girl group broke record for the most high notes hit in a debut kpop GG song in the year of 2021 slay queens" like who keeps track of that stuff ?? Y'all agree or am I being too pessimistic??

Love ik you're still salty over fx but face the music they were never to be taken serious SNSD always outshined them and they barley had comebacks not only that but Sulli left in 2014 basically ending the group right then and there RV is still the 3rd most popular GG after BP and TWICE Aespa is not replacing RV anytime soon and Psycho proved that even when all you antis were hating on RV they still succeeded so sit back and enjoy RV next CB.
