icyruios - guilds can be about anything, even the cult of the akorn, but spam posts are discouraged. If you guys want to talk about great things you can do with akorns, suggestions for akorns, how best to use akorns, that all is fine, but if the guild is basically just posting for akorns, not gonna fly. But hey, I'd welcome a constructive feature type guild about what people would like to use their akorns on!

What did you, guys, see in BTS that set them apart from the rest and made you stan the group?

The first two songs I ever heard from them were Not Today and Spring Day. As a casual kpop listener I usually just listened the most popular songs by the popular artists and until this point in time, I guess BTS just hadn't hit it big enough. This was very shortly before ARMY demand brought them over to the US.

At that time in my life, I was going through some issues and these songs that fit right in to what i was feeling also struck me as very NOT your usual kpop bops and the more I discovered, the more I liked. This combined with their awesome group dynamic, how much they loved to laugh and their passion for music and the rest of their art made it impossible for me to stop following them looking for more info, once I had started. Their imminent arrival into the Western sphere that I felt was sorely lacking Asian representation didn't hurt either. It'd just never been like this for me with kpop - I had always been able to listen to the music then walk away. And that's when I knew I stanned - when it was undeniable.

You would need to get along with other members - we do not allow members to shade each other or they will be removed from the guild. We are full at the moment though!

We also recently wrote a new rule about posting topics here in response to the recent situation, but since you hadn't read them before posting and I didn't label them well, I know this was an innocent mistake.

1. We're a varied group of individuals with only one guaranteed thing in common - we stan BTS.

2. No. There are very few artists I dislike - I don't know or interact with any of them. As long as they are good to each other (both parties), then I wouldn't feel any negativity around it.

3. I became a fan when I discovered BTS, so there was no 'BTS before stanning' for me.

4. No. I stan BTS and that makes me ARMY. I'd have to unstan to not be ARMY and I don't see that happening.

5. Nope - I've been a casual kpop listener for years now. BTS is just the first group I have stanned. There are idols I have liked and still do - I am OG Yoon Mi-Rae stan!

1.) I just don't think about it.

2.) My answer is James Corden. First the live Black Swan appearance then carpool karaoke. Want more? Tiny Desk performance. That's my routine now. I find it a good way to showcase their artistry, different song selections, their personalities and that's a good intro to the rabbit hole.

Awww, why does it sound like the only reason you want ARMY back is for a fan war? LOL, Second response about this! I can't speak for any other ARMY, but I'm holding out hope that even if other ARMY do return, it won't be for fan wars. Sorry hate to disappoint!
