Actually you misinterpreted MY response and then made a snide remark to me about how I, as an ARMY, shouldn't talk in these situations until I take responsibility for toxic ARMY and clean up their reputation? Who is bullying whom? I'm the one who is part of fandom this thread is trying to call toxic?

This is correct. But then I started to wonder if they actually bought into the stereotype with the way they were responding after I said it...

You talk about how statistically low numbers are setting up an entire fandom. I replied you that is would be sterotyping. That's it. But you're angry? Cause it IS stereotyping if that happens.
You are.. bullying me.. Alleging stuff...mwahhh . I am crying.. this ARMY that this moderator is bullying me ..
1) I am not a mod.
2) So telling me to be responsible for and fix ARMY's actions or I can't talk isn't bullying me?
Talk about playing the victim. Own your own toxicity.

Let me help you out here. It seems you don't seem to know the definition of a stereotype:

But do you care when you are such a huge proponent of them?

I did mention statistically low numbers, but playing victimcard is definitely high numbers..
Go fix your group reputation.
You're going to try to make me responsible for thousands of people and their actions? Because I like BTS? LMAOOOOOOO.
Maybe you need to re-examine how toxic you're being to me. I'm not responsible for their actions as ARMY any more than you are as a kpop stan.
-
Yes, that is indeed pathetic.
However, I don't think we should deflect from the very real phenomenon of K-pop fans who think they're too good to call themselves K-pop fans just because they stan a group that's ahead of the pack in popularity.
I don't even consider them ARMY because they don't have any of the qualities that real ARMY have.
It disappoints me to see people acting so pretentious and elitist as if they're better than everyone else. You'd feel the same if you saw I-fans who identify as, say VIPs, EXO-Ls, or Blinks, praising their favorites while speaking ill about the rest of their favorites' race, ethnicity, and nationality. It's that superiority complex that I find repulsive and disgraceful.
By far, the worst thing in K-pop stan culture is the superiority complex of many stans.
Exactly. All threads of this nature - trying to shame a fandom - are misguided and just throwing back toxicity with toxicity.
There is nothing wrong with stanning or being part of a fandom - ANY OF THEM. There is a huge problem with having a superiority complex - and that is true in any facet of life.

What else is new?
This is becoming like "not every ____ is, SOME.." eventually the pattern of such behaviour even if statistically the numbers are low, sets the group reputation
Welcome to stereotyping!

I've been rewatching some of their year end performances too

they need to endlessly plagarise like Hybe
Like NJ didn’t plagiarize the Mexican group Jeans, don’t act like MHJ is innocent lol
I try not to reply to these kinds of posts, but hey, new year, maybe a refresher is in order.
All of you focused on plagiarism itself are missing the point IMO.
The difference is that, for all intents and purposes, in only one case did it look like they were trying to bury an active group signed to a label under their own company through plagiarism.
Not that plenty of other companies don't seem to be guilty of burying their own groups in one way or another as well, but this is one of the current dramas playing out since it involves a hugeass company and uber popular group.

As I told crystalblues , my own conscience has always been clear as long as I'm not one of them. I have the same attitude towards Americans voting for Trump again.

I'd reply, "Ok Justin Seagull"
