Ah this makes me giggle considering what happened to all the Chinese trainees during GP999

Thought Unforgiven was finished for awhile now

Like the IVE and LSFM members are THRIVING. Much more than they were in IZ*One, specially since IZ*One money was split up 12 ways and also with Mnet. It would be CRAZY to ask them to go back to being Mnet's cash cows again
On the other hand I want to see the non-IVE/LSFM members get back together and become relevant again (even if some of them wanna be actors instead of idols now). Theyre selling ok but they could be so much bigger....

Out of curiosity I looked at Twice Reddit to see what peeps were saying about this. I don't think there's an actual boycott going on except for like maybe a single k-Once tweet and a small batch of people. Like copy and pasting what I saw Reddit Onces are saying:
"That twitter account is implying some k-once are boycotting the concert, but I don't know if there is any proof for that besides Zard's tweet. The Korean fandom certainly has decreased since 2019"
"I don't think it's due to Boycott ,entire boycott thing is just to mask over the fact that most k-once have left fanbase only few thousands k-once are left . Set me free took hours to get 5k likes usually it happens in minutes even nmixx got 5k likes faster than twice"
"It's funny seeing Twitter fans still deluding themselves with the idea that the only reason Twice don't do well on the charts or in touring there anymore is down to some non-existent boycott as they can't put 2 and 2 together. The numbers are due to a consistent trend that has been happening for years. Constantly blaming Korean fans for the numbers as if they aren't allow to drop a group if they stop enjoying their music/content is just ridiculous. Seen way too many "SK Onces don't deserve a concert" as if it's their fault Twice don't make music they enjoy anymore. You'd think SMF being out of the top 100 (!) on Melon in a day would have made it obvious"
That Zard Tweet has like 290 Likes. 290 people isn't enough for an actual boycott

tbh i didnt really like the bangs, it feels so awkward whenever they have a photoshoot because it feels like 4 powerful women + 1 cute girl
id prefer her hairstyle during her debut poster announcement though, but i do agree the bangs helped boost her personality. its just it didnt really suit much as a group image
I gotcha. Like.....its not very "Le Sserafim" but it's very "Eunchae" lol. But she still looks ADORABLE in bangs so I love it regardless

The ONLY other hairstyle I'm willing to accept is this one

The bangs honestly helped her out a ton lol

Theyre finally living up to their name! I thought this was gonna be their concept on debut

Actually i'll have to disagree very hard with you on this one
I do agree that NewJeans to some extent Nj influence on some groups especially Triple S can be feel
But i'll have to disagree with IVE having more impact on groups than Aespa
i'm not saying this as something negative, but IVE as a group is just too much generic, they don't have a strong branding as a group where you can pinpoint exactly one thing who would make them stand out from hundreds of gg
They just follow the generic formula to create a GG, which isn't a bad thing but don't really help to make an impact who can be feel on other groups
And i strongly disagree about Aespa not having a big impact in kpop overall,
And i'm not saying this as a MY
But Aespa is literally one of the 4th gen group where their impact on kpop can be feel the most
Agencies were afraid to adventure in this whole technology, AI, virtual things
And after Aespa debuted and released NEXT Level and you start to see people singing about their AE etc ...
- YG literally signed an AI to become a model
- MAVE which is a group formed with AI members debuted
- Kakao launch a survival show "Re:Verse" with idols competing to debut in an AI girlgroup
- Few months after aespa debut a company launch. Girlgroup with 11 Ai called "eternity"
- JYP literally launch Nmixx where their whole concept is to mix different genre of song in one song, after seeing the success that this type of song can have with the succees of Next Level when nobody used to believe that experimental song can be popular
- Mirae "killa" using the futuristic technology concept for their MV
- TXT using a replica of the POS portal that Aespa use in their universe
And the list goes on and on there was tons of mv using futuristic, technology concept
I'm sorry but you can't be objective and tell me that Aespa concept with their futuristic, technology, AI aesthetic made less impact on groups and agencies than IVE
KD/A existed

Supposedly kpop stans getting jealous already, talking about mass buying and how their sales is low on Ktown.
So mass buying like.....with literally EVERY kpop group?
