BABYMONSTER - Pharita is a great singer, the group's concept wastes her talents.
The best groups would blend some these concepts to create something new. Sexy/Glamorous/Dreamcore with a touch of Dark would be perfect - but there really isn't a group like that right now.
Companies ran short on BB cream? 
They need to actually take these groups down the Dreamcatcher road rather than giving them dumb rap songs in an attempt to make them look tough. PIXY was good at this before their unfortunate demise.
Korean fans have proven over and over again that they can't handle it - to the point of threatening the idols - so yes. Idols just have to avoid dating until the mandatory disbandment age of 25. After that, it's fine.

It's actually 25. Or the year their seven year contract expires, whichever comes first. You aren't seeing many idols outside of the most popular groups passing age 25 and still having any significant activity. When a group's oldest members reach 25 the group tends to go on hiatus...forever.
The industry loves 18-year-olds - easy to rig music show wins for them and they are so happy to be "famous" that they do what they are told without complaint.

Sorry - that silly Democrat spin isn't going to work. Air traffic controllers were specifically excluded from any recent government downsizing and it takes years to train and qualify controllers to work major airports. The problem of controller shortages due to exclusionary race-based hiring has been building up since the Obama Administration:

The refusal to hire white male air traffic controllers in an attempt to meet the prior Administration's diversity goals has led to big shortages nationwide - and that night the airport only had a single controller on duty handling both commercial and helicopter traffic instead of the usual two.
