Supernova is the strongest contender for SOTY but I don’t see why Armageddon should win AOTY when it’s not the best selling album and most streamed album. Mama will favorise artists like SVT or IU.
I believe most are talking about MMA regarding to album, and Armageddon seems to have a chance there.
We just got rid of LYW songs in the Hot 100 for Plave to come and mess it up again. With several active artists like this not even the Top 100 is a system that really works properly. I wonder what would have happened if Melon kept the realtime chart, maybe they wouldn't have lost that many users but the realtime chart with the situation we have now would be the messiest thing ever.

And not just their main channel videos, literally anything they release has high views or anything related to them. Sheesh soon to be the highest viewed Its Live in just a few months, beating out NJs Its Live thats been up for over a year. Every performance they do gets millions of views, every fancam, every reaction video, etc etc. No way all of that is YG. show some numbers or get outta here with this nonsense.
The best way to measure views ands avoid ad views after the first month or so. Clearly Baemon views is the best among GGS right now. NewJeans is not doing so hot on MV views, so i don't know why Baemon need to beat them.

1. Baemon 2. Aespa and the rest in 3. There is no consistently beside Baemon and aespa so that I put everyone in 3rd.
Interesting regarding to Circle digital chart. I guess download kinda throw me off on the prediction between Supernova and small girl. Old songs could easily lose out to new songs because of downloaded.
Is this the reason why Circle digital chart is not as popular as say many realtime chart?
Streaming represents what the actual people are listening repeatedly but what does download represents, and what do people do with download?
Gidle did 300k streams for klaxon on 24 hours, is really over. Surviving 7 years in an industry as harsh as music is already quite an accomplishment, so getting into 6 or 7 years is a both great and dangerous because the minimum misstep can kill your kpop career, gidle that are still blessed with the benefit and favor of kpop stans is sinking like this already 6 years into their career, that's why twice pulling 2M even with releases like i got you is nothing but amazing, that's reality for you.
They did a bit better actually.
Edit: just to comment on your remark. I don't think their career is over lol. Maybe they are not as trendy as other GGs but there is no way their career anywhere near over. They start to tour Arena now, so they are just fine.
At this point, I think it is quite a bit harder to dethrone Supernova on Genie than on Melon.

On Melon, it should have been staying on Melon daily once it overtook small girl with 25k uls going into the weekend, but it could not hold unlike Flo and bugs. On Genie, Supernova have been able to hold off small girl on daily and the gap seems to be widen by Supernova On real time.
Pretty bad actually, and she will not promote on music show. her song is shredding more uls at a faster pace than Gidle song.
I am suprise these 2 songs still losing this much uls relative to their total uls today. Gidle can stabilize their song by going on music show, but there is no hope for Tayeon.
They are for sure calculating based on billboard charts time that is 19 hours starting at 13:00 kst, typical bts and bp release get 19 hours of spotify tracking because of that, but 18:00 kst releases get only 13 hours since spotify counter restart at 9:00 kst, lisa released her recent single at that time to get full spotify day while sacrificing her 4 hours for her first week billboard charting.

Anyway, 300K is a miss for sure, kiss of life did ~200 with 8 hours and babymonster did ~300 with the same 8 hours. This era of girl groups are either too weak or twice is too strong for still keeping up with them and beating most of them on sales, streams and views in their worst state as a 9 years old has been legacy group despite not having the attention and favor of kpop fans and the general public like 4th gen and 5th gen girl groups have.
Where did you get the 13 hours? I often see people mentioned 19 hours with your typical Monday release at 6:00 P.M Korea time.
its because the song is boring. 19 hours is no excuse. international listeners weren't huge fans of super lady, wife or fate. it makes sense that klaxon has low streams.

What happen to Gidle on spotify? This is only 19 hours but still, its not anywhere close to Global spotify entry.
We need to know why IVE and Gidle doing so bad on spotify in recent comebacks and it seems to affect their MV views/engagement too. These groups were doing extremely well on these 2 charts just a bit more than a year ago. Quite a mystery.

Surviving of sea mass streaming? I guess you are talking about aespa. aespa just debuted there. Full debut? They focusing more on tours rn. They never release Jp vers before. They never appear on Jp Terrestial channel before. At least they can chart multiple songs in top charts and becoming #1 in Line.
Arent most kpop groups depends sea for streams? Why are we discriminate against Sea here? Even Lisa got most of her streams from Sea anyway. Thailand alone gave her 2M streams on debut.
people should celebrate sea streams, these countries make kpop relevance and seeing most groups tour sea recently and think they deserve it.
Even if some GG groups have U.S streams, they will last no longer than a few days on the chart and most of these stream come from army anway. It also sea streams that given longevity to most of the top GG right now after the first few months.
