I don't know. It's not like Cube didn't try with them at all. They had great songs but it's just that CLC lacked that something. Maybe the mistake was the song they released after hobgoblin. They were the talk of the town during hobgoblin but killed the momentum with "where are you". It's a pity yeah, but you're gonna get set aside if you don't make enough money for the company. That's life.
But it ain't just clc. 4minute died because of bad sales despite being one of the biggest girl groups of the 2nd gen, they let beast leave who was their biggest money maker of all time , pentagon also also have pretty mediocre physical sales when compared to groups on cube's caliber.

I take vocal lessons so my ear is alot more trained than it used to be so I notice things that i didn't before. One of these things is that there is a gap between the male main vocalists in cube and the female main vocalists in cube and I will leave it at that. This is actual really unique in the industry as in the big 3, the main vocals are all around the same level regardless of gender so what gives?

Yes, some accusers have definitely backed down. For now it mostly revolves around the sisters, and Seo Shinae. And their stories are completely unrelated, so they don't automatically validate each other.
What I'm curious about is the testimony of the few people who took Soojin's defense on Pann; if these people (or other witnesses) are willing to testify as part of the legal investigation then it should add some real weight to Soojin's stance. Right now it's only word vs. word and everyone believes what they want to believe.
What I mean by back down is that they admit they lied or misunderstood like in mingyu's case.
They are all being sued by cube so anything they say will be used against them in court which might explain the silence.
Of course its word vs word and that's why soojin is losing. Maybe something can show up and save her tomorrow but it seems like everytime that happens something worse than before hits her later.
