I didn't mean physical appearance but how one presents themselves. It's rather silly however, because of course everyone in the industry is taught to present themselves in a favorable and attractive way . It's just easy to believe in it over time.

The instant removal and unfollowing spree makes this look rather serious and severe. Whatever it's that actually happened, I hope justice will prevail. Seeing that even a childhood friend unfollowed him, the chance is quite slim that he only left to save the group the pr nightmare, besides, SM has never moved this quickly and decisively before even when criminal acts like Kangin's DUI and Onew's sexual assault so this reaction from them makes this seem even more damning.
