it was Hellevator for me too, although I didn't stan until My Pace era. I liked Hellevator, I was just too preoccupied with the other groups I stanned at the time.

The timing is not that great for Stray Kids but all they can do is apologize now. I don’t think genuine people are gonna hold it against him, specifically since it happened ten years ago. He just needs to give out a proper apology.

This is late but I'm honestly really disappointed in him. I'm glad he apologized and it seems sincere but it's gonna be a while before I can move past this. I won't say I'm ot7 but I'm definitely going to be focusing on him less for now.
As for anyone excusing him, I can't say I'm surprised but it hurts regardless. Han himself said his actions are inexcusable regardless of age so seeing stays act like saying shit like that at his age is normal really pisses me off. I'm tired of people treating antiblackness like it's some sort of rite of passage into adulthood. I don't think Han is racist (it was pretty clear he changed even before all this came out), but it's going to be a while before I can look at him the same way I did before.
I won't even begin to talk about how I've seen my moots be sent all types of disgusting racist shit on twt and cc, that's honestly the most heartbreaking part of all. It feels like 2019 repeating itself all over again. I know this fandom is racist but every time I watch it go down I really wanna leave. The only reason I still even consider myself a stay is because of the boys and all the sweet stays on here.
I also just wanna say I'm pissed off at the person who released this clip. Not because it got released at all (it should've been sooner imo), but because it's clear with the timing of it all that they don't give a shit about us and just wanted to destroy the boys' (specifically 3racha's) reputations. They held onto the clip for the longest time, and only released it after the group won a bonsang and on the first day of black history month. They didn't release the clip because they care about the people who were affected by his words, they just did it to capatalize on the anger of black fans. If they truly cared they would've said something sooner.
