i lost all smell, so i became paranoid and doused myself in smell. my olfactory senses never fully recovered

I haven't had it but my partner did a couple of weeks ago but he didn't have loss of taste or smell. He just had the cough.

Yeah I lost my sense of smell and taste during covid but it came back few days after. My husband lost his for a month plus and even now some things taste funny to him. Loss of smell is more prevalent for alpha, beta and delta variants (2020-2021 strains), but very less common for omicron strains (2022).
So I’m not sure why more people are stinky Lulu. Or maybe for two years we have been in quarantine and forgotten how bad BO of crowds can be lol. Or now there’s no mask, stinky smells are more obvious?

Overall infrastructure of it is legit fucked
In other countries a city this size has 10 subway line and so many highways
we got 2 subway line and fucking 2 broken highway that go to city center
1 bedroom apt downtown also costs in millions

Yeah when places grow way too fast that it outpaces the infrastructure, traffic gets awful
Such as in Austin, Texas which was probably the fastest growing city in the nation for several years, but still has the major highway being only 3 lanes each way. Real estate also climbing ridiculously high with the tech boom.

It's kinda funny cause people ran away from San Francisco to Austin just to have the same problem
