    K-pop is full of feel-good songs that make you feel like you're on top of the world. Lots of hyping yourself up! That's why we love it.


    But realistically, we can't feel that way all the time. Sometimes life happens and gets the best of us. Instead of distracting ourselves with endless pleasures, it may be better to let those feelings sink in so we can understand them, accept what we need to accept, and pursue changes if necessary.


    Lyrics written by G-Dragon, T.O.P., Taeyang, and Teddy, "LOSER" is a somber reflection about one's vices, internal conflict, and insecurities. A flawed protagonist is a common theme in many literary works and cinematic productions for good reason. It's a character with intrinsic qualities of humanity, someone we see ourselves in.


    Sometimes the greatest music showcases vulnerability, and that's what BIGBANG did.

    I love everything about this song (really, the whole MADE album).


    As much as it’s nice to hear that everything is all sunshine and flowers on a regular basis, it’s not always relatable. Bigbang is great about reminding us that despite all the fame and celebrity, they are real people struggling with the same demons we all face.

    I absolutely agree with you :yesr:

    It was the first song released in the MADE series after a 3 year break. It left an immense impact on me. I loved the rest of songs in the series, but Loser will always have a special place in my heart. Something about the melancholic mood, the lyrics, I don't know, but it's there. It touches your heart deeply and leaves you aching in a bittersweet way. It was a mature track, if that makes sense lol

    Since the first moment I've discovered them BIGBANG keeps surprising me over and over again how deep their music connects on emotional level and how relatable it is.


    1. I usually prefer uplifting songs - not that I don't appreciate ballad here and there but they certainly aren't the type of music I seek out. Despite that BIGBANG's slower songs make it repeatedly on my top playlist.


    2. It's unbelievable how relatable their slower songs are. I mean - they are celebrities being financially well off living life 99 % of us can not even imagine - so how on Earth are they managing to put song after song with message that's so relatable to certain points in our lives. What's more - it feels genuine not just typical calculation because this tune/theme will sell well - even for casual listeners apparently not just hardcore fans...
