Considering that some go far as invasion of privacy and leaking information it's pretty safe to say that saesangs could be charged, but to which degree?
If it were up to you, would you give them simple warnings, jailtime, etc? And how much?

They should get blacklisted but if they do physical harm they should get jail time imo
Yeah they should.
Not sure what degree. I think it depends on the circumstance, but if they are repeatedly get in trouble for it, the punishment should be more severe for sure.
I thought most of the stuff would be punishable by legal suit
and a lot qualify for criminal suit imo
but eh I don't know korean law soooo
if they are breaking laws, yes and laws should be instituted to protect artists if they are not in place already
Yes ofc
Stalking, invading private property, assault, causing car accidents, hacking, poisoning attempt...those should all indeed be punishable. How we never heard about these psychos facing any repercussions yet is beyond me.
Yes AfcORse for stalking and invasion of privacy
Isn't stalking a crime? So yes!
Depends on the severity and how long it has been going on for and so on.
Most definitely
I think so. They should be prosecuted, some go way too far with privacy issues and even risk endangering an idols life. Imo, these fans are unwell with mental health issues and need to be dealt with.
Yes, they make idols uncomfortable, some even broke into their homes, went as far to almost harm them. A saesang never has good intentions and shouldn't be just blacklisted but punished so they stop this behavior.
They are stalkers
stalkers get punished by law
depends on what they do and how extreme it is and if it's the first time they've done something like that or not
there's a difference between I think it was Ateez saesangs where they entered their building/dorms or something to merely following them...
the former would be a crime whilst the later depending if the harass the members or not might be perfectly legal...
Totally yes.
Paparazzis as well.
