Knetz really need to chill and stay neutral instead of just listening to every random accusation made by a fake burner Twitter account. Like it's obvious they just always want to find any excuse to bring down and hate on anybody. They're literally like vultures, just looking for any weakness to attack. It's downright disgusting.

The other confirmed "scandals" are laughable. I mean most teens who are going to puberty are always making sex jokes. That would be indeed embarrassing to kick her out for these childish things.

Whether or not they were guilty isn't what killed their career, it's the fact that them & their respective companies continued to double down, insisting that both were innocent when nearly all evidence showed the contrary. Especially Soojin with the whole "iF i'm Not iNnOcEnt i'lL LeAvE tHE cOmpANY" bs.
And then when it was clear that their reputation was tarnished beyond repair they just left the company or disbanded (in APRIL's case)
Horrible way of dealing with any type of scandals, but in GIDLE's case it was definitely necessary to kick Soojin out from a business standpoint, especially now that they're thriving more than ever.CUBE & DSP had alot more to lose if they kept those acts in their company tbh, both APRIL & GIDLE kinda carried both companies in terms of reputation, revenue, popularity, etc.

There were not several witness accounts and certainly not any substantiated ones. There was one unidentified accuser and Seo Shinae who would never directly accuse Soojin. Evidence like school records, recordings, police reports, and several sworn witness accounts should be provided before saying someone is guilty or not.

In Soojin's case, the police didn't find the accuser was guilty of spreading false information. That's not the same as concluding that the accuser was telling the truth. It may have been the case where there was no evidence either way. The police never provided the reasoning for their conclusion. It's the same as with Lia's case that JYP brought about.
