This. The first time HYBE ever produced Blackpink content (and why tho???) and they left Lisa out.
If they sign her it will be same shit different day, but she won't even have her group members for emotional support.
If she leaves YG she doesn't need to be in Korea anymore. She should go home (I mean that in a positive way) sign with a big Thai music company and an American one and work on releasing westernized Thai pop. Something unique to her. Her fanbase would love it. She can release collabs with Bambam and Nichkhun and rake in the money. I really hope she does this!

liskookers have been crossing lines these last few days, i don't want to know what will happen when they would be under the same company. besides, there is literally no reason for lisa to join another korean company. YG may not be good at managing, they pay their artists very well. Also, i can't see her do hybe's style of music.

Bambam will stay attached to Korea because Got7 make serious touring money together. I don't get the impression Lisa is overly interested in money (or she would have had that manager arrested). She may see more value in being in her home community. Even if westerners had no interest, all of SEA and a decent chunk of the Chinese market is a bigger market than many entertainers could dream of.

It was another section of kpop that crossed lines.
Lisa had a birthday party at home in Thailand with friends and family then flew back to Korea on the day of her birthday. That day while she was in the plane some Thai LK shippers threw a party in her honor. Apparently they bought cake from the same bakery as Lisa's family, so certain people tried to pretend that Lisa flew home to attend a LK shipping party with her family... And certain other people chose to believe it so they'd have something to get mad about that day. The whole thing was ridiculous.

i only read that a LK fanbase, that made money by selling 18+ content of liskook, threw a birthday event & one of lisa's friends helped. don't care about the details of this incident, but liskookers are truly losing it & if this keeps going, it's not gonna end pretty for neither jk or lisa. shipping real life people & going as far as harassing/writing smut about them TO SELL? one of the worst parts of kpop imo
anyway, this thread is about lisa joining hybe which seems a pretty stupid decision to me. Why stay in a country that has been often racist and disrespectful when you can go home & be treated as a princess in your homecountry & other parts of SEA.

They want to have easy money and that's why they always try to sign the experienced and known acts ( that Thai actor from trainee a. JJ guy from Japanese dance group, ex izone members, that vocalist from pd48, zico, svt, that skater guy from enhypen group and min heejin from sm for their gg). They even convinced yg to let BP join weverse and release exclusive content with them. They know how relevant Bp is.

Lisa stans love to play victim. I lost the count for the times they forgot to add bts member in some projects ( ending credits, shows even on merches) but they are never called out so they never apologised. Their management team is incompetent so I'm not surprised they did this to Lisa too.
Lisa is loved in korea and have a big fanbase it's just that other girls (Rose and jennie) have a bigger domestic fandom.

i'm not saying hybe won't offer (they are always eager to throw around some money instead of trying to actually build such idols from scratch), i'm saying it makes barely any sense for them to join hybe. Lisa can make a lot more money at home, where she can join the biggest company or maybe even start one & she'll have probably more freedom too (since she won't have to adhere to koreans strickt social rules).
For the other members, jisoo wants to act so hybe would be a complete no go & neither jennie or rose fit hybe's music style or vibe. They seem to like to just do their own thing & release a cover/vlog once in a few months, while hybe is all about making a lot of non music content lately. Seems weird to go from that much freedom to this.

Lisa in BP and Lisa solo act are two different things. Like I said she doesn't fit Hybe music style.

Revive this thread next year. If hybe remains rich by then and don't go bankrupt because of bts's absence they'll offer BP girls' contract if they leave yg.
