toast is like me decently average

Solid 7 for sure and I usually like to put scrambled egg with hot sauce or peanut butter and strawberry jam or drizzle honey with butter

Not crazy about it. I'll have it if there's nothing else. I put vegemite on mine. (Yes folks vegemite is nice, though you really have to be an Aussie to appreciate it).

whole grain toast is an 8 for me, i have it @ breakfast at least 5 out of 7 days a week

at breakfast: with butter or spread cheese or speculoos or occasionally an egg sandwich (sunny side up, lettuce, tomato, cheese and harissa)

at lunch (very occasionally): egg sandwich
