I do a workout session on a stationery bike then some weights then maybe watch some Youtube before I go to sleep generally around 10.30pm.

i do my skincare routine, brush, change into an old t-shirt, browse Instagram for a bit and call it a night.

It's different every day. When I'm feeling up to it, I do my skin care routine, take care of my hair and watch/listen to some ASMR before falling asleep after setting my alarm. Other days, I couldn't care less about my skin care, I jump into bed, turn out the lights and fall asleep before setting my alarm or charging my phone so I'll end up waking up several hours later in a panic. Sometimes I'll take melatonin to help me sleep better. If I've had some wine, I'll fall asleep very quickly. Before I knock out, though, I usually always watch Tik Tok, browse through Twitter/Facebook or play games on my phone. All in all, I am a mess.
