this kind of things won't happen unless some big company just acquire smaller one
just be smart and take notes 
because usually if your favs won't renew at all then it means no more group promotions at all
at least keep it civil and vouch for situations like with 2PM or Mamamoo where just one member signed with different label which allowed them to continue group promotions
also if group is in JYP or YG then with who they should sign? SM? lol 
If it's about freedom I can understand, but if that's not gonna be different or if it's for the succes it's a dumb decision
