People who actually believe inter-band ships are real..

    How can they be so naive? I don't understand it. Everyone who likes K pop knows companies push ships. Yet there are actual grown adults, not just teens, who genuinely believe their ship is somehow different.

    They literally ALL follow the same pattern:

    • My ship is different to all the others
    • Look how jealous x gets when y talks to anyone else!
    • The chemistry is amazing!
    • This totally public moment on Vlive, variety shows etc is somehow genuine
    • The company are trying to split them up (said after using public moments as "proof"


    Trainees have even said they are told how to do fan service. Ships go on vlive and literally say things like "Jensoo nation scream" or "Chaelisa forever" (using my ult's pushed ships for example). They are literally paired up deliberately and pushed to do things. I also don't understand why anyone would so desperately want people they don't even know to date, but that is another matter...


    If there was ever a genuine couple in a band, they would never be pushed. The company would do everything to keep them apart. Yet there are those genuinely shouting that Seulrene are real despite Monster being the most obvious bait ever. Boy group ships are possibly pushed even more too...


    Do you think these people are just extremely lonely and trying to live vicariously through these idols?

    If only people stopped expecting anything of the relationships within groups. But then kpop wouldn’t be kpop I guess.

    I remember when I used to innocently watch jikook shipping videos thinking it was a brotherly ship. Then I started venturing into the comments and twitter...:pepe-clown-gear:

    Then I'd try to watch videos for all the ships people swore on their life were real but I'd be there scratching my head wondering if I was missing something. Like he's looking at the member while the member is talking... is that not normal...?
