At 1st sight I would say Dahyun.

Although they look similar, they are 2 different outfits, the one Jisoo is wearing is awkward because the shoulder pad looks like a square pimple.

Jisoo would look better wearing the outfit that Dahyun had on

The hair color wins it for me. That blue really stands out, and makes the whole outfit more striking.

I like the belt on jisoo and the matching bracelet, but the problem with her outfit is they let the baggy frumpy top fall outside of the shorts and this creates an unflattering shape of its silhouette compared to how well it was fitted on dahyun. And dahyun’s glove does match the material of her shorts as well as bring out a balance to further highlight the contrasts in her outfit. Also i’m not really a huge fan of the straight sleek middle-parted hairstyle if it’s not applied on the correct head shape for it, and jisoo’s head shape is definitely not flattering for it, so yeah
