This is a great question. For all the flak that Kpop gets from locals, how many local stars would even last one week as a trainee? You work 12-14 hours per day, get one day off every two weeks, constant criticism from coaches, maybe even physical discipline, monthly evaluations where you probably get ripped to shreds. Most of em would quit within a week.

I think it would honestly be a good show if you put all the boy and girl group members from the US into training and watch how fast the drop out

I don't know enough to make a rec but I doubt many would make it through a month, let alone the years that trainees might go through
