Personally there shouldn't be any drama over that, if an artist is friends with another artist or supports them or wants to follow them it shouldn't be an issue, as many followers as they have like who kind of a life does a person have to sit here and refresh his list to see who he follows. Like that's distubring, and just because an artist follows another doesn't mean anything. It's so werid how people make it into a huge fiasco. Just my ted talk for the day.
