sure, sure, their vocals may not be the best and need some improvement but I do think they sound nice in their songs
Why do people think itzy can't sing?

do u really listen to their live performances and go "yeah, they are amazing singers"
i mean none of them are super proficient singers but they're all stable while doing heavy choreo that would kill other girl groups and they sound good. maybe they aren't amazing vocalists but they definitely aren't bad by literally any standards

other 4th gen groups have their own things they lack. every group has things they excel at as a whole, and they have positions (main vocalist, main dancer, whatever) for a reason.
itzy, short of lia, are insane dancers with killer stage presence. are their vocals above average? not really, but that's fine.

Itzy aren’t definitely the best singers in the world but they aren’t any worse than any kpop groups tbh powerful vocalists in kpop is rare feat. Lia is a good vocalist if Chaeryeong trains more she could be better and yeji is really stable and has nice tone
but some people are overreacting about Yuna’s voice she has a high pitch voice for sure but she can sing

Any group that sounds the same live as the studio version is a great vocal group in my book

Their vocals have definitely improved and become better since the Not Shy era. Their tones have definitely settled and improved.

are u itzy's royal guard? a knight in shining armor? a bodyguard perhaps? these girls can obviously improve but rn they don't sound good at all singing live

Ironic considering Stayc are even weaker technical vocalists than itzy. Aespa is much better vocally than most kpop groups so that's not a fair comparison either.
Itzy are literally just average kpop singers, there's literally hundreds of groups on the same level and quite a few even weaker vocally but people only have something to say about itzy.

i dunno why i smell bullshit...........
