Peak and decline era from every top new gen GG out there

Me too. I also think 2018 is transition year but alas knetz & korea media says so. Maybe when there're more ggs debuting then they will moving up the year.
the media/knetz have mixed reactions about this though, sometimes they consider the groups that debuted in 2018 4th gen sometimes they don't idk the whole 4th gen is so confusing to me tbh
-
But your title is "new gen..." anyway
well oh well you really like pitting up groups huh , idk if should i answer seriously or not
-
Oh, you are a troll .
Take a look at gaon's yearly chart
2019:
Dalla Dalla #11 (a hit)
Icy #99 (not a flop but not great either)
2020:
Wannabe #53 (a mid tier hit)
Not shy #113 (kinda flop)
And this year isn't better for them, i'm afraid

Very interesting

Noteside: An unexpected hit (like Psycho, Time for the moon night, Dumdi Dumdi) does not qualify as a new "peak" considering past releases didn't do well
Is it just me or does this sentence not make any sense? If you're gonna troll, then at least try harder to make this entertaining for all of us

please elaborate
All groups I mentioned weren't trendy when those songs came out. TFTMN was a sleeper hit and Psycho was preceed by three flop eras. Same thing with Hip, although it was by far their biggest song internationally

I understand what you mean, but I don't understand why they can't be considered (re-)peaks. It's actually exactly because of that why they should be considered peaks. I'm mainly talking about Psycho here.

Psycho was definitely a veeery successful era, but I wouldn't really consider it a re-peak since it didn't had the impact of let's say Red Flavor or Bad Boy (let's remember that Power Up got a PAK due to the big hype from their past releases)
Groups can start to decline and still have some successful comebacks here and there (Wonder girls for example experienced that too)
