This is the same thing that happens with every OST. If it has a distributor it can end up on a bigger channel like 1theK or Stone Mountain Entertainment, but for the most part it's small channels associated with the program's production company.

It's probably because most of them aren't actual music videos and just assorted scenes from the drama. I feel like they mostly exist so that if you search for that artist on YouTube and find the video, you might want to watch the drama.
