I don't know because I don't know them to be able to say that they are faking their personality. idols in general have to portray the "shiny" parts of their personalities though so they're all understandably fake at least to a little extent.

ARMY here. It's obvious he uses lip injections but his lips are naturally full and he doesn't look ridiculous, to me at least. Jimin is a better example, his upper lip is full of fillers. But the best example would be Yeonjun, he and Hybe aren't even trying to hide that his lips are fake. Look at his pre debut or debut photos and compare them to now. He can't even properly close his mouth
