It's part of their job, it's not limited on certain generation. Like some people who work in retail industry, bank teller, etc. You're force to smile even if you have a shitty day.

some people forget that idols are people too. they feel pressure, are constantly watched, they work hard, their bodies, face, past, everything is judged in detail. so how are they supposed to be at natural?
