Try doing a keyword search on youtube (something like Twice Achievements 2019) and just go through all the pages on YouTube. Unless the uploader deleted the video you should be able to find it.

Also you can check your watch history on youtube and find it.

I think it was about 20 to 30 minutes. It included Twice Japan tour, fancy sales, world tour, feel special sales etc.
