I think this seems like a tacky media play from SM ? Idk they want to promote other versions ?
How do you go out of stock in pre-orders tho ? Alot of groups sell way more in pre-orders but this never happened ( at least to my knowledge )
Do you think SM underestimated aespa power and made less albums thinking they won't sell OR this just media play for more hype ???

So the underestimation seems to be the most possible. The restocking was too quick, lmao. They dont want another drama since they already have so much shit for their restocking issues
its usually the stores that put in allocations, when they sell more than expected they have to manually confirm and adjust their allocation to the distributor. Same is true for distributor/label, who in turn have to adjust their orders to the printing company and get it confirmed.
Which site was it? Usually it’s not really “out of stock” but just reached a system limit and once they reset it it’ll be fine again.
