University marching bands really love BTS! I recall the Temple U band director saying that they choose popular songs that they know the crowd will be familiar with (this was back when the band played IDOL!) so that really tells you all you need to know about whether or not casual listeners are familiar with BTS songs. Even if they don't know the name of the group or the members, they know the song and have heard it before.

That's on being the global musical act. Local crickets can't relate.

The band did a great work.

Once, I was the leader of my College's display team. I needed a instrumental that would create a mysterious environment. I didn't know about BTS that time. Actually, I came to know about BTS after some monthes. I would have used Fake Love Orchestral instrumental. It would have been cherry on the top on our display show. I still regret about it.😢

It sounds good with a marching band. I don't loose hope. One day, BTS will perform some of their songs with a marching band.
