ANOTHER CHAEYEON DANCE BATTLE

Yeah, Chaeyeon is improving. The other girl's style is more street and she kept up the momentum when it came to performance energy. Her technique wasn't as good. I thought Chaeyeon was going to moonwalk into face smushing the other girl! Sassy florishes like that would have been shockingly cool and a great counter measure.

Chaeyeon probably could have beat her by being so precise in her technique, with slipping in sassy and disrespectful moves, that she would have made it easier for people to see the other girl is less skilled in this area.

I'm 50/50 . She was gaining confident but u could tell she still hold back/shy/scared coz u could see She's holding back some of her moves in the first round.

She kinda goes aggressive in the beginning of the second round to the point of I thought she could have a chance of winning.

But when they started to get close to each other she holding her moves again. The obvious one is the kick she did .

And that tweet is kinda biased .

Yes she is improving and did good but the result of the battle is obvious . I would hate it more if some of them gave her a pity votes .

The other dancer can compliment chaeyeon even tho she loss and don't vote for her.

Coz she's really doing good this round , that doesnt mean the other dancer refure to acknowledge her just coz she's an idol.

And the reason why she cried was if my broken Korean is correct.

The team that have worst dancer could be eliminated in the next episode .

Shes upset and feel sorry for her team .

I like when hyojin says "I understand u feel upset but u don't need to feel or say sorry to us".

And there's an elimination . I was like what ???

I thought this was like kingdom .

I want to write more in-depth about my opinion on this if there's a thread about ep 3 in general.

I'm genuinely confused. I think Chaeyeon actually did a little better even tho the other girl was great as well. The way she used the girl as a prop lowkey stole the battle.

I think the one thing she and other idol Lack is expression while dancing .

I can understand why some idol especially female idol are afraid coz it can used as an unattractive screen shot,etc .

Example I could find.

And Monika battle vs honey j especially Monika expression.

Or lip j vs peanut battle .

While male is kinda not afraid of that and the best example is that famous Kai tempo fancam .

If ure performance is about sexy make it sexy and believe you are sexy .

Same with sassy,witty, and powerfull.

OMG dont even get me started.

Swaggering around, pointin' and frontin', with edgy smirks and gestures, i hate how this is how we judge DANCING. Dancers who have to put on a show with over the top facial gestures and edgy badass outfits are usually hiding the fact that their technique and actual dance ability sucks.

Chaeyeon is the best dancer, period. Her technique and fluidity are unmatched.
