    I think this is how it goes


    For round 1 battle you dance to a music of your choice and dance for 30 seconds by yourself. If judges can't decide who wins you go to round 2 whereby both will dance to the same music together

    From what I am seeing she does have a slight advantage. I'm seeing in the general contestants they have a great "IN YOUR FACE" look. But in the other kind of facial expressions Chaeyeon has a slight advantage as she seems to be able to transition a bit smother. A bit ironic as she said that was her weak spot compared to other idols. She just seems to be able to do facial transitions a bit smother than some of the others.

    I'm not exactly sure if it's like a prepare routine? Like maybe they know what song is going to play or they can choose from a list of songs I'm not entirely sure about that

    Actually I'm not sure I'm rewatching Ep1 some parts and they said something like "Can't we play idol music with our phones", "I don't think they will play it, we can't predict anything either" so I think they don't really know what might be played too?


    But I would think it has to be a familiar song somewhat or maybe they do know the genre that will be played or they might be able to choose from a list? I'm not sure but I don't think it's a routine

    Maybe they kinda know what music they gonna put out . Like the most used one at battle .


    For example . Ajay - coco are used alot in Korea . I saw it at j-black,dancing high, bts ,even on this show
