Both are kind bad for Red Velvet's standards because I know they can do better, but again, the bsides SLAP so it's okay. I disagree with the title though, Queendom is catchier and way more memorable.

I agree it's too sweet.
"We are queens and kings." "Be boss!"
The "you go girl!/guy! You're amazing!" vibe is a little too precious for RED VELVET.
They've never been that kind of earnest. Even in their fun or more goofy songs.
So it feels off for them to me.
