My 2 cents about Girls Planet 999 so far (controversial and some spoilers)

I found that nonstop performance very weird too.

I feel like somebody from the gogobebe/dumdi dumdi team should have made it instead

Ayana is a strong chance for Final 9, my early prediction has her in (not preference just prediction)

If there is one thing I have learned about the Korean General Public over the last Decade, It is that they Love Underage Visuals (take from that what you will) the Judges know this and company pressure wants the most successful group they can debut

- The K/DA team was very good, but I can understand why the #1 Kim Dayeon wasn't given the sticker; while she seems pretty good it's true that when I watched her I felt as I was hearing and watching a random and standar korean idol generator, like a big lack of magnetism. - Controversies aside, Fu Yaning has great rapping and stage presence and she hard carried the Helicopter team performance imo, Cai Bing was good but I feel like she didn't do all that to get a Top 9 spot. Her plain face as Sunmi said played a big factor I guess.

- Don't think what Fu Yaning said to Yujin is that serious at all or deserving of the hate all things considered, if this type of jokingly diss was used on a casual context no one would care or be dramatic about it, yet people are acting like she spit on her, insulted her parents and tried to stabbed her.

- The girl singing Paradise Lost was not it, like the voice itself didn't fit that song imo.

- Ando Rinka from the Gogobebe performance (the one with the hat) actually have some swag, stage presence and a powerful voice but nobody talks about her which is a shame.

Oh I agree with lots of your opinions for sure. I like Kang Ye Seo, but I would of had her in the latter part of the top 9, though I would bet she will make the final debut lineup. I'm not a fan of Fu Yaning, but I do admit she really carried their group performance and stood out. She was better than Cai Bing, but I also understand that Cai Bing probably fits better with an idol group. I would have probably replaced Cai Bing with Kim Suyeon/An Jeongmin/Choi Yeyoung.

Kim Dayeon seems talented, but she just doesn't stand out to me. To me, she lackluster as the center of the theme song and didn't stand out in their first performance.

I thought Sui Ruiqi was awesome! Better than what I recall from her past performances. I thought she should have been #1 or #2, but I guess it doesn't really matter as it's still early.

At this point, I'm thinking it's going to be 5 K, 2 C, 2 J group.
