I barely get 8 hours. Usually around 1-2 am is when I call it a night. Not ideal obviously. Because of covid and summer my sleep schedule is messed up. I also have problems falling asleep.
10/11 PM, sometimes earlier if I'm extra tired. My alarm is set to 5 AM during the week but I'll hit snooze for another 10 minutes. On the weekend, I'll usually fall asleep around the same time, and will wake up naturally around 7 AM.
I've always had insomnia, but getting older has helped a little lol. I got to bed around 10:30PM, but don't try to sleep until midnight. Alarm goes off at 7:25AM.
I would rather stay in bed, but I find that I don't feel any more rested if I stay in bed for another hour or two.
