worst customer service you ever had?

  • I ordered a 220€ thing online, 3 weeks later I contacted the company cause its a inland shipping and so should only take 7-10 days. Company had no idea why my order didn't arrived. They contacted the company that did the shipping, they lied and said they sended my order. 1 week later I called the company again, the boss of this little shop had no idea what to do so he called the shipping-company again. They said I would get my order 3 days later. Nothing happend. I called the company again and the owner was clueless since the company whos in sharge of shipping said they allready shiped my order at least to a local branch of their shipping-company. The owner of the store called the shipping-company 4 times, they said they would ship my order the following day, nothing happens till they admited to simple have forgoten the order. It was scedualed to be sended on Monday this week. They didn't sended. I called the shop again and the owner was clueless once again. I got told they will finally ship this week. Still nothing happend so far and it's allready thursday

    worst customer experience...probably some fast food place where I then reported them to management/corporate

  • I had a horrible experience with my ground line phone company. Last year I moved to a new apartment in a different prefecture and I was told that I had to go to the phone company's office in this préfecture and file a request to move my line to the new address. I did as much, I gave them the new address and they said everything should be done within the week. I waited a whole month and nothing happened, in the mean time, I heard from someone who claimed they had worked on the phone networking in my neighborhood that my neighborhood wasn't under the network of the office where I filed the request. So I went back and asked them to make sure, and I was reassured that this branch did indeed cover my neighbourhood but that the delay was because of the daylight saving work schedule. I waited 2 more weeks and nothing happened, I went back to the office and demanded to speak to the manager, he told me that the office finished their side of the work and that it was left to the field workers to come fix the line. And he sent me to the regional branch to speak to the party responsible for the field workers and their schedule. Once there I was told that no, this branch does not cover my neighborhood and that I have to start the whole process anew with the right office :S


    Anyway, I literally spent 2 whole months without WiFi at home and I still feel angry everytime I remember it
