I ordered a 220€ thing online, 3 weeks later I contacted the company cause its a inland shipping and so should only take 7-10 days. Company had no idea why my order didn't arrived. They contacted the company that did the shipping, they lied and said they sended my order. 1 week later I called the company again, the boss of this little shop had no idea what to do so he called the shipping-company again. They said I would get my order 3 days later. Nothing happend. I called the company again and the owner was clueless since the company whos in sharge of shipping said they allready shiped my order at least to a local branch of their shipping-company. The owner of the store called the shipping-company 4 times, they said they would ship my order the following day, nothing happens till they admited to simple have forgoten the order. It was scedualed to be sended on Monday this week. They didn't sended. I called the shop again and the owner was clueless once again. I got told they will finally ship this week. Still nothing happend so far and it's allready thursday
