The person I nominate first is calling herself "Martina big"
I first ever heard of her as she apeard on a German talent show on TV about 3 or 4 years ago. She placed a cardboard-figure of herself how she looked normaly before and said her "talent" was how she looked like, shooking the whole audience and the judges.
Why they got shook you ask? - Well, the woman that apeared looked nothing like on the cardboard-picture anymore. She apeared heavly modificated. On the question why she wanted to look like this she had 2 answers. Answer 1: "If you can have Europe's biggest boobs, than why not?" Answer 2: "My African friend cooked for me and it was so good, that I decided I want to be African so I got the color injected into my body"
