As a uaena, I've seen a lot of comments like that. It's really disrespectful

uh so they actually go and comment about him on her videos, that's kinda weird

most of them who comment such stuff are new kpop fans. they're still getting know kpop, so it's quite common for new fans to remember her as a "BTSmember's crush".

Most ARMYs who have known kpop for a while, do understand she's more than just Jungkook's crush.

Majority of armys are tired of this too. Those weirdos that are still hung up on this are being disrespectful to both artists.

I have just checked the comments under her latest mv and none was about Jungkook. The only other idols I have seen mentionned were Nayeon and Rosé.

Majority of ARMYs are new to KPOP and to Korean culture in general.

IU is a veteran and a highly respected person in KOREA, so new KPOP fans don't know how big, important, and iconic IU actually is.

So ofcourse they'll remember her as JK's crush since they weren't aware.

I wouldn’t say most Armys... she’s respected and known as much more from everyone, including most Armys. It’s only a few stans that act this way and it’s embarrassing.

what videos are you all talking about because her latest mv and song performance dont mention jungkook at all and infact since she collabed with yoongi we know her as the one who collabed with suga as well
she is big in korea but many bts fans were new to kpop so they had no idea about her but now majority of us have stopped mentioning jungkook or even yoongi in her content(i never did) .
