The person who calculated misunderstood the coins system. The coin system is complicated on the site.

and I guess we can't really tell. I have tried but didn't get it. They got 40,770,400 "thingie" in one stream. Don't know if those thingies are coins because the site sells every 36 coins with 1.79 dollars so yeah it's more than 1 million USD if those thingies were coins. Plus I keep calling it thingie, the translator translates it to "contribution". Hope that helped because the tweet was misleading and wrong info.

yeah Basically two people paid almost 1M dollar each one , and they are the highest gifter

but the amount that the rest of viewer which means 4.5M viewer aren't public i think

which means they made almost 2M of dollars just by counting 2 people

so imagine what they can do if you add the money that 4.5M people gave

Isn't this on Chinese site?

If yes then it's probably double taxed, first in China then in Korea not to mention there is no way Chinese gov would allow million usd flying here or there so this so called Huya probably also needs to pay off CCP.

Still those are amazing numbers. This is why Chinese fans are always known as the richest.
