    The texts were part of evidence from his group chats. Dispatch obtained then and posted then for all to see. The general gist is what I wrote

    I meant the "auto correct argument" . He should've made a better excuse.

    Thanks for the concern. But i honestly do not care what people think. I don't give a single fuck about him. The only thing I care about is that these things are done right. Because in the end it's about the big picture. If we allow injustices etc to happen just because we are apathetic to it or think its convenient. Then we risk losing our own fredims in the future, be it today or tomorrow. People get complacent thinking they will never be in the China's irans and north Korea's of the world. But its easy to get there if you keep your head in the sand and not scrutinizing the government to ensure they are doing things the right way. I may not like seungri but I do hope he gets a fair trial just like anyone should.

    I mean if there is enough evidence to declare him guilty, fine, it has than become a “the end justifies the means” situation, so people can just turn a blind eye on all the injustices that were committed to get him convicted, cause it was convenient.

    But looking at the bigger picture, this isn’t something that people should ignore if they want a fair justice system. Cause once it hits the wrong person, they will point it out. No you should always point it out, not just when convenient for you.


    If you think he’s guilty you have the right to feel that, but you should still want a fair trial. But many don’t seem to care about this, they just want him locked no matter how and than call it justice… no you don’t want justice, you want a witch-hunt and you can tell by people demanding 15 years or longer. I wonder why they haven’t asked to get him executed yet… probably already happened lol.

    Yes it’s illegal in Korea, it’s not about if he did it or not, but more about how the prosecution got their evidence that I consider not fair.


    There were about 20+ witnesses summoned to court and all testified in favor of him… but the more important part is that most of them stated that the police manipulated their initial testimonies and tried to trick them in testifying against Seungri, this was during the court hearings.

    So even if Seungri is guilty, they were still shady during the investigations. Also the evidence they have of him are the chats that were provided by a reporter. Nothing they found by themself. The reason he made that ( I must admit not so smart) autocorrect excuse. That’s for the prostitution charge.


    Not here saying he is innocent, I don’t know and wouldn’t lay my hands in fire for this. He might be more or less involved in all this, I don’t care if he goes to jail or not. But things should be done right. That’s all I care about.

But yes, i agree the goverment needed scapegoats to satisfy the public and this burning sun is bigger problem than seungri's wrongdoings

    It depends, might not anymore if to many people testify something else. But we will see…if it’s enough for the court, so shall it be. I’m more concerned about what they said about the police investigations and them being confirmation bias. This is not how things should be done.
