How do you guys deal with exam anxiety???

I'm really bad at this. I find it hard to study in advance because I just don't know what to study. I don't want to waste time studying too much of material that won't even be included on the test.

As such, if there's a study guide, I follow it thoroughly and study everything about it so that I know what to expect. I would hope that most teachers provide a study guide in time for the exam. If not, I'm going to feel much more anxious.

In short, if I get a study guide, I try to study it to heart.

I don't get much sleep during the days/nights leading up to an exam because I just find it really difficult to, but try to get enough sleep if you can. It's going to decrease your anxiety when you take the test.

That's just for the days leading up to an exam. It might be too late by now since you're probably close to the exams (if you haven't already finished), but here's advice for doing well throughout the semester so you don't have to stress out in the end:

As you're doing homework, if there's any concept that you struggle with, figure it out then and there. Don't let your doubts linger as the exam date nears.
