naturally SM are aware of that, it means music show awards aren't their aim or priority (at least at the moment)
i have been following SM groups for years and here are 2 things newer fans should realise
1- public opinions and reception DON'T sway SM's plans for their groups' musical direction, they keep doing their thing regardless.
2- SM don't schedule their comebacks to avoid competition or ensure wins, they are too stubborn for that.

awards always feel sweeter when they don't come as a result of careful planning and scheduling. TXT have no where to go from here but up, their time will come inevitably
it's hard to win look at Oh My Girl, they are charting great but NCT Dream has such big sales that girls just have 1 win, and not too many chances to get more...
They should at least not have 3 artists promoting at the same time since 1 will have to sit out.
