Will TWICE surpass EXO and TVXQ in sales, popularity, and impact?

Probably for sometime till exo doesn’t start releasing albums again.
This is under the assumption that exo will never again release an album.
And looking at BG Vs GG longevity and also how Sm groups don’t disband it’s much more likely exo will comeback and keep selling and it won’t be very hard to beat Twice... they only sell about 500-600k. Even an enlisted exo sells more than that.

Popularity they are above Exo which is why they uave better charting, streams, views, certifications, etc than Exo. They have more hits too and much more popularity in Japan the 2nd biggest market by far.
Popularity is no question. I mean 8m Spotify listeners, billions of streams, 10m sales, 9 number 1s, etc, etx
Sales wise they are only a bit behind but like 3 years younger, which is amazing since GGs always sell less tban too male groups.

As far as I know Twice total album sales are somewhere around 8.5 - 9 million copies at the moment.
While Exo is around 11.5 million and TVXQ little bit over 12 million.
So if Twice keeps releasing couple Korean albums and couple JPN albums and selling total of around 1.5 million albums per year they should catch up with EXO in around 2 years if EXO doesn't release any albums and TVXQ in around 3 year.
