My condition isn't getting better.
Headaches are strong. Stomach aches too. Chest pain is severe.
Difficulty in breathing is increasing. I must say, Deep Breathing exercise I found on YouTube did help me a lot. It would have been even worse if I didn't know about it.
Drinking lots of water has helped me.
Also, Doing meditation to keep myself calm.
But I feel exhausted a lot. Feeling like I have no energy to get up from bed.
Isolation doesn't help either. Streaming services can hold my attention for short time.
Glad I stacked my food supply. It's all the healthiest stuff you can ask for so I am eating quite well.
