I'd say yes because Seventeen's got 13 members and NCT's got 23 members - compare that to RV's 5 members and MAMAMOO's 4, and you'll see that the former groups are bigger than the latter ones.

More than mamamoo internationally maybe. (I actually don’t know their numbers properly so that’s why it’s a maybe)

But red velvet’s Spotify/YouTube and Korean Digital numbers are better than NCT/17 so not RV.

As common, boy groups do better in sales and fanbase size.

Girl groups do better in public recognition (Korean and international) and digitals.

That's usually how their strengths are.

Doesn't look any different for these 4 groups, for now at least.
