- Because they have a diverse and interesting discography, from songs that push musical boundaries...

To r&b slow jams

To pure sunshine pop

To r&b and hip hop inflected jams

To straight hip hop

To rock tinged theatrics

- Because of the voices. Every subunit is powered by amazing vocals. 127 has IMO 2 of the best in Taeil and Doyoung.

- Because of the performances. Jump to 12:18 to watch but I think this gives a great snapshot of the overall dance and performance level, diversity of songs and a sneak peek of each subunit.

- Because of the great content. There is so much! From silly skits to fake shows (like the current top model one for 127) to behind the scenes at recording sessions and photo shoots to day in the life material, there’s so much to watch.

- Because the Neos are highly engaged in the fandom. They react to fandom jokes and memes and try to do a good portion of content in other languages, especially English. Additionally content comes with subtitles or it gets it rapidly.

- Because you don’t have to know all the names or all the sub units. There are people who like just one subunit, which are only 7-9 members each, and its music.

- And finally if the music and performances and content and talent aren’t enough, every dude in this group is a visual.

Because they have an outstanding discography, outstanding vocals, outstanding talents, outstanding visuals and outstanding personalities. And a whole lot of wholesomeness

Imagine if you stanned 3 different outstanding groups and they had lots and lots of interactions and plenty of cross group activities/collaborations. That's the simplest way to put it.

Besides, NCT are working so hard to make SME's rooftop green and nice after the Dreamies spilled some blood there

We should appreciate their efforts more

Honestly, I feel like no group push the boundaries on Kpop music like NCT does (at least at such a high level), their music, vocal runs, melodies, even lyrics are so unconventional yet interesting. You can be doubtful about some of their releases but they are like the maximum example of music that.grows on you, and when It grows It becomes one of your favs and becomes addicted to It. Simon Says, Punch, Take Off, Chain... Let's be real these are such divisive title tracks with an insane and intricate level of productiion. If you like Hip/Hop, R&B, EDM elements put on a unusual and futuristic way and music with performances that are classy yet swaggy and emotional NCT will becomes one of your favs.
