Vocally, it's Knees.

But musically it's Love Poem. It's so well constructed. The way they keep adding more and more instruments and the instrumentals grow is incredible. It starts slowly with only a few piano chords. Then the chords gets faster building up some tension. Then a melodic electric guitar starts to play in the background. Then an acoustic guitar announces there's still more to come. And finally we get the drums along with a very faint bass completing the band.

Right now my favourite IU ballad is The Abandoned but I can totally see myself naming any other ballad out of this list another day:
